Our client, a major banking institution is looking to enhance its Corporate Banking team by adding a Account Manager to the General industry team, Corporate Banking . The role will be based in Moscow, Russia.
Role Overview
This is an opportunity to take part in an expansion of the banks balance sheet and to manage a portfolio of complex borrowing corporate clients
The ideal candidate will maximize opportunities to strengthen and leverage existing relationships as well as continue to maintain and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention all the while generating new recommendations.
Role and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Coverage Head, you will be required to proactively manage existing and prospective clients to achieve agreed revenue and volume targets. Your major responsibilities will be:
1) Work closely with clients to secure both new business in the Moscow region and to deepen the existing business relationship in the large corporate markets segment
2) Manage key relationships with the existing and potential CFO’s, Treasures etc with a view to leveraging further business and widening the portfolio
3) Tailor existing products to meet individual client's needs
4) Act as a conduit of information on client preferences, specific product feedback and future product requirements to product management colleagues
5) Work closely with counterparts such as DCM and Trade Finance to ensure a consistent approach to client management, marketing, and product positioning in the region
6) Manage credit quality standards through effective management of risk according to the Bank's policies and procedures
Candidate Requirements
- A University degree and / or recognized Banking Qualification; an advanced degree (e.g. MBA) and or a professional accounting qualification would be an asset.
- Strong knowledge of commercial banking products, loan agreements, security and other credit requirements.
- English (fluent)– communication level and ability to write reports.

- knowledge of bank products for corporate customers: Cash, non-cash loans, payments, trade related (import-export) banking products, etc.;
- excellent communication skills;

- experience in Corporate banking, Marketing, Credit department and/or related departments in commercial banks in Russia;

Compensation and Key Benefits
Salary starting from RUR.120.000 which depends on experience
