Senior investment banker – Emerging Markets Investment Bank – New York

Headquartered in New York City, Nova raises debt and equity capital coupled with a full range of investment banking services including merger and acquisition advisory, capital restructurings, and general corporate finance.

Nova works with leading publicly traded and privately held companies in many sectors including financial services, energy, transportation, agriculture, telecommunications, and mining among others.

We are looking to add a top Banker to join our expanding team that can add tremendous value to our company. A successful candidate will encompass the following skill set:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience with a bulge bracket firm
- Must be able to manage a transaction team, multiple clients, and projects
- Must have in-depth experience and knowledge in emerging markets specializing in Sub-Saharan Africa, CEE, Latin America, and Asia
- Must be capable of driving all aspects of the transaction process from inception through completion
- Must be capable of authoring and editing all documentation
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Proven track record of capital raising and transaction closings
- Business Acumen
- Ability to engage and manage senior executives
